  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen events.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will work to resolve the matter.
