At Signs of Metal, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom-made metal signs. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have a strict no-return, no-refund policy, except in cases of damage or defects. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. All Sales Are Final

• Since all signs are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
  • Spelling, design, or measurement errors made by the customer.
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to assist you with a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
• We will review your claim and provide a solution (replacement or refund).

3. Cancellations & Order Changes

• You may request an order cancellation or change within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, production begins, and we cannot modify or cancel the order.
