How long does it take to make and ship my custom sign?
- Our production time is 2-4 business days.
- Standard shipping (via UPS or USPS) takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
- Expedited shipping (via FedEx 2-Day) is available for faster delivery.
Do you offer free shipping?
- Yes! We provide free standard shipping on all orders within the U.S.
- If you need your order faster, you can choose FedEx 2-Day Shipping at checkout for an additional fee.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
- You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins, and changes cannot be made.
What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept payments through PayPal and major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) via the PayPal Gateway for secure and fast transactions.
Can I request a custom design?

What if my sign arrives damaged?
- If your sign arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging. We will review your claim and provide a replacement or a refund.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
- Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your sign arrives damaged or defective, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
What materials do you use for your signs?
- Our signs are made from 16 Gauge high-quality, durable metal designed for both indoor and outdoor use.
How do I hang my metal sign?
- Most of our signs come with pre-drilled holes for easy mounting. If you need a specific mounting option, please let us know when placing your order.
